Chagala Hotel Uralsk

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and polite, most of them were fluent in English , made things easier for us. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very close to the center - which was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the meals at the black-and-red restaurant, the food was great and the waiters were very friendly. Our room was basic, but it was clean and roomy with enough space for all our luggage.

Big bed, I slept like a baby. The hotel staff was helpful. Fine base for trip in Oral. 20 minutes' drive to the airport;)))

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location in the center of the city was very convenient and made it easy to explore. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to accommodate three of us in the same room. And lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with nice furniture, including a couch.

No major negatives, everything was satisfactory.

Great value-for-money hotel in a central location, perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, organising activities, taxis and transfers. The onsite restaurant was surprisingly good with a diverse menu. The free wifi and complimentary breakfast were an added bonus.

The hotel rooms felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh with some fixtures and fittings feeling cheap. Housekeeping could have been more thorough.

We stumbled upon a great hotel in the heart of the city with very few options. the black, and, red restaurant serves fantastic Western cuisine and the food is amazing. the service provided by the polite and attentive staff was a highlight and we felt comfortable and cared for. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and cozy with modern furnishings and a well, equipped kitchenette. the hotel offers a delicious and filling breakfast to start your day.

This hotel is in a good location in Uralsk centre, which was very convenient for me during my stay. The staff were fantastic, just like the reviewer mentioned, and they provided excellent service. One detail that impressed me was the attention to detail in the rooms - they were nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and even had a couch. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delicious and filled me up for the day ahead. So, overall, this hotel offers great value for money.
